USB 3.0 PCI card

I just picked up a USB 3.0 expansion card for my server. It appears to be detected but none of the devices plugged into it are.

I bought the card specifically for my xbox tuners. There should be 4 listed but it only shows the one thats plugged into a mobo USB port. I tried a mouse and a keyboard on the card but neither worked. You can see a USB 3.0 hub is detected.

Not really sure what to try. Any help is appreciated. Chris

Typically after asking the question I found the answer... I booted into Hirens boot CD and ran this utility to update the cards firmware. Booted back into Ubuntu and now USB devices are detected.
