How to access web server with public IP through private tunnel?

There are 2 networks like this image and a site to site tunnel.

Users in site 1 (Home) can access the web server in site 2 (Office) with its private IP, but I want them to access the web server through the tunnel with its public IP.

I'm not a pro in networking stuff. I apologize if there is not a lot of information. If you need more specific information or commands to be shared please let me know, and I will share them with you.
