Ark server ports not opening locally

I am trying to make a private ark server for me and my friends (over internet). (The following issue doesn't work when i connect locally or internet so its most likely locally)

These are the ports the server uses

Game INBOUND 7777 udp -
RAW INBOUND 7778 udp -
Query INBOUND 27015 udp -
RCON INBOUND 27020 tcp

The only port that is open is 27020

My machine has a static ipv4 and is running ubuntu 20.04 The UFW from the machine is disabled

I personally noticed that the UDP ports will not let anything thru but I can't figure out why.

The router is configured properly but this is of no concern locally.
